Lead – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

Next Ventures is seeking a visionary Lead to shape and execute a world‑class global talent acquisition strategy. You will drive the recruitment of top‑tier trading, technology and quantitative talent across multiple regions, aligning hiring with the company’s rapid expansion and cultural goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that supports both immediate hiring needs and long‑term growth.
• Lead and mentor regional TA teams in SEA, South Asia and EMEA to achieve hiring excellence at scale.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and senior business leaders, translating market insights into actionable recruitment plans.
• Develop hiring frameworks that prioritize speed, diversity and quality across all markets.
• Elevate NEXT Ventures’ employer brand through integrated campaigns, digital presence and campus programs.
• Collaborate with HR Analytics to build dashboards tracking cost‑per‑hire, source performance and other key metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within fintech, trading or quantitative domains.
• Proven leadership experience managing global recruitment teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategy with organizational priorities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to promote the employer brand.
