Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to drive the visual execution of branding, marketing, advertising and digital communications across multiple brands and subsidiaries. The role works closely with the Creative Director, marketing team and production department to turn concepts into compelling visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual concepts for branding, marketing, advertising and corporate communications.
• Create high‑quality digital and print‑ready artwork for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events and internal communications.
• Translate creative direction into strong visual executions and guide junior designers.
• Prepare final production‑ready files, ensuring correct formatting, resolution and technical accuracy for print, digital and multimedia platforms.
• Coordinate with printers, developers and external vendors as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and design asset libraries.
• Review and refine artwork to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and creative standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading graphic design projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong eye for detail, brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
