Lead Nurturing Agent

About the role

Jumeirah International Nurseries is looking for a dynamic Lead Nurturing Agent to manage the admissions journey from initial enquiry to enrolment. The role focuses on delivering a warm, professional experience that converts leads into students.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours, log interactions and update lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate nursery tours, follow‑up with parents after tours, and manage reschedules, cancellations and no‑shows.
• Handle walk‑in, event and community leads, ensuring timely CRM entry, thank‑you emails and follow‑up calls.
• Support applicants through the online admission process and update the CRM when enrolment is confirmed.
• Maintain accurate lead data, clean outdated records and reconnect with missed leads via phone or WhatsApp.
• Conduct annual re‑enrolment outreach and gather competitor data for strategic insights.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, sales or admissions, preferably in education.
• Warm, empathetic and solutions‑focused attitude.
• Target‑driven and proactive in follow‑ups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp (Trengo) messaging templates.
