Lead Project Manager

About the role

Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to plan, execute and finalize client‑facing projects in Dubai. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and ensure high‑quality delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage project governance and adhere to Finastra’s PM methodology.
• Coordinate consultants, third‑party contractors, and internal staff to meet project objectives.
• Provide regular status reports and ad‑hoc updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met and financial returns are achieved.

Required profile

• 7+ years of end‑to‑end project management experience, preferably on customer‑facing projects.
• Fluent in Arabic with native‑level proficiency (highly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale innovation, growth, and continuous‑improvement initiatives in a service environment.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and dependency‑management skills.
