Lead – School Improvement

About the role

Aldar Education seeks a Lead – School Improvement to drive school improvement across its network of schools in Abu Dhabi. The role will support school leaders, enhance instructional quality, and embed a culture of excellence aligned with the LEAD Framework and ADEK standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive school improvement strategy and lead implementation of the LEAD Framework.
• Support school leaders through diagnostic reviews and performance analysis.
• Coach principals and senior leaders to build instructional leadership capacity.
• Deliver professional development aligned to leadership standards.
• Collaborate with school teams to improve teaching quality via walkthroughs, data‑informed planning and evidence‑based pedagogy.
• Monitor impact of instructional initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a shared vision of high expectations and support development of School Improvement Plans.
• Lead the use of school‑wide performance data to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Proven record of outstanding and inclusive teaching practice and pedagogy.
• Ability to inspire, develop and coach school leaders.
• Strong alignment with Aldar Education core values and regional cultural appreciation.
• Commitment to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
