Lead Solutions Consultant

About the role

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with sales and drive revenue growth by designing advanced AI‑powered customer experience solutions for enterprise clients in the UAE. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and Sprinklr’s Unified‑CXM platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, high‑performance, and cost‑efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present customized solutions using Sprinklr’s AI‑powered Unified‑CXM platform.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to embed AI and data‑science capabilities into customer environments.
• Showcase advanced automation, including agentic AI and AI‑driven workflows.
• Architect scalable, high‑performance, and cost‑efficient enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, API integrations, and multi‑/hybrid‑cloud environments.
• Lead pre‑sales activities such as executive presentations, technical workshops, RFP responses, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Partner with Sprinklr’s ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver “art‑of‑the‑possible” demonstrations.
• Apply design thinking and human‑centered design principles to enterprise experience solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise and data architecture, especially within Contact Center/UC environments.
• 5+ years designing solutions on CCaaS platforms.
• Proven experience implementing AI‑driven solutions for martech and social platforms.
• Expertise in cloud contact‑center ecosystems such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, or Five9.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or industry engagement.
• Track record of leading deep architectural discovery engagements.
