Lead/Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Arabic Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is hiring senior Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy complex agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. This role requires end‑to‑end technical ownership, mentorship of engineers, and close partnership with a Deployment Strategist to deliver AI outcomes for strategic customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of agentic AI solutions, from architecture decisions through production hand‑off.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including multi‑agent orchestration, tool calls, and deterministic guardrails.
• Resolve technical blockers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, and performance regressions.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and shared assets.
• Provide technical depth on at‑risk or strategically critical deployments and surface field insights to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with ability to travel to customer sites.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of fast, impactful delivery and mentorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex (expert in at least one).
• Experience integrating LLMs into production using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Data modeling and analytics experience with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce Vibes.
