Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager leads and executes the organization's end-to-end Talent Management and Learning & Development agenda to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role oversees talent management frameworks, competency models, talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development programs and capability-building initiatives, partnering with the MEA Region's business leaders and subsidiary HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent management frameworks, competency models and talent assessment processes
• Develop leadership pipelines and evaluate successor readiness for key positions
• Drive career development initiatives and implement L&D programs that support business growth
• Partner with business leaders and subsidiary HR teams to identify critical talent and assess organizational capabilities

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in Talent Management, L&D, Leadership Development and Organizational Development
• Proven experience managing the full talent lifecycle, from identification and assessment to succession planning and career progression
• Experience in multinational, regional or matrix organizations is preferred

• Competency framework design, competency mapping and competency assessment
• Assessment centers, succession planning and leadership pipeline development
• Career development, individual development planning (IDP) and high-potential programs
• Executive coaching and mentoring frameworks, readiness assessments for critical roles

Preferred certifications include SHRM-SCP / SHRM-CPC, IPD Level 5 or 7, CTMP, ATD certification, psychometric certifications (Hogan, SHL, DISC, MBTI) and ICF coaching certification.
