Learning and Organisational Development Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to design and refine AI‑generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead the creation of onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated learning materials across core workflows.
• Own the end‑to‑end development of facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and assessment rubrics.
• Build and maintain engagement tracking spreadsheets that meet L&D and people‑ops standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience designing corporate training, onboarding, or L&D programs.
• Proven ability to create high‑quality facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
