Learning Coordinator – AMZL Transportation Field L&D

About the role

The Learning Coordinator for AMZL Transportation supports the onboarding and development of associates at the site. Working closely with operations and area managers, the coordinator ensures that learning programs are delivered efficiently and that new hires receive the training they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Learning Ambassador identification program and track new‑hire onboarding and L&D audits.
• Manage the Associate Experience Week program and assign “Learn Before Doing” plans for operations.
• Track learning curves, continuous‑improvement metrics, and audit Powered Industrial Equipment training.
• Execute training programs for seasonal and permanent trainers, and facilitate any training‑related initiatives.
• Maintain the ticketing system, ensuring tickets are closed within expected timelines.
• Develop, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of orientation and other training programs.
• Document feedback, assess development needs, and support cross‑training and skill‑class activities.
• Problem‑solve on the floor, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain a positive presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Minimum 2 years of employee and performance‑management experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
