Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join a fast‑growing organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role will partner with HR and business leaders to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programmes that enhance capability and support the company’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to identify skill gaps.
• Design and coordinate a variety of learning initiatives, including leadership, technical, and soft‑skill training.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of training, from planning and scheduling to evaluation and follow‑up.
• Maintain annual learning plans, training calendars and budget control.
• Support career development, competency frameworks and succession planning activities.
• Monitor participation, completion rates and effectiveness, providing regular reports to HR and management.
• Oversee relationships with external training providers and ensure effective use of LMS and digital learning platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development or training coordination.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
