About the role
The Arbor School is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to support secondary students across a range of subjects, helping to deliver the English National Curriculum within an inclusive, sustainability‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering curriculum content and lead learning activities where appropriate.
- Support secondary students’ academic progress in various subjects and learning settings.
Required profile
- Very good English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, or a recognised Learning Support Assistant qualification (Level 2/3 Certificate, Level 3 Diploma, T‑Level).
- IELTS score between 6.5 and 8.0.
- At least two years’ experience in a school or similar setting, preferably with the English National Curriculum.
- Strong office/administrative experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Administrative and office software competence.
