Legal Associate (In-House) - Arabic Language

About the role

A well-established regional organisation operating across the GCC is looking for its first legal hire to join a growing in-house legal team. The business is expanding across multiple jurisdictions and is strengthening its legal function to support commercial growth, governance requirements and operational excellence. The role offers broad exposure to commercial, employment and governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements and MOUs.
• Support employment law matters including contracts, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations and terminations.
• Prepare board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, minutes and other governance documentation.
• Assist with corporate licensing, entity management and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and dispute-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and give practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, trackers, processes and document repositories.

Required profile

• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
• Confidence reviewing contractual terms and identifying key points for consideration.
• Ability to manage several legal tasks while keeping documents and deadlines well organised.

Required skills

• Strong legal research skills, able to summarise findings clearly and practically.
• Good written communication skills for preparing clear legal documents and updates.
• Ability to organise legal records, matter files and supporting documentation accurately.
