Legal Associate – UAE Government Tech & AI Projects

About the role

Vedanta Mobility is seeking Legal Associates to support its sovereign government technology and AI initiatives in the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, the role involves providing legal analysis, drafting, and negotiation support for mobility, immigration, and public‑sector digital infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, memoranda of understanding and regulatory documents with government entities and institutional partners.
• Monitor UAE and regional laws, assess compliance risks, and advise on data‑protection, AI governance and public‑sector procurement frameworks.
• Prepare briefing notes, legal opinions and support stakeholder engagement with ministries and public agencies.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations and leadership teams to design legally sound, scalable models for AI‑enabled mobility solutions.

Required profile

• LL.B, B.A. LL.B or LL.M graduate.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate, immigration, compliance or international law is an advantage.
