Legal Counsel – Dubai

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Legal Counsel position is based in Dubai and supports a network company operating in the container rental industry. The role focuses on delivering expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Monitor compliance with local and international regulations relevant to the container rental sector.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support risk‑management initiatives and contractual matters.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of law and legal issues, preferably with experience in logistics or rental industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous.
