Legal Engineer – Law Firms & In‑House (Dubai)

About the role

As a Legal Engineer based in Dubai, you will bridge the gap between lawyers using Legora’s AI‑native workspace and the product team building it. You’ll partner with law firms and in‑house legal departments across the Middle East to run pilots, lead onboarding, design workflows and train users to adopt the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Run pilots and lead onboarding/rollout projects for law firms and in‑house teams.
• Design and configure Legora workflows that match real legal processes.
• Deliver demos, workshops and training sessions tailored to each client’s work.
• Capture product gaps and local requirements (including Arabic) and convey them to the product team.
• Build trust with partners, general counsels and heads of legal operations through regular engagement.
• Create reusable materials such as templates, guides and playbooks for future engagements.

Required profile

• Background in a law firm or an in‑house legal function with hands‑on experience in substantive legal work.
• Proven ability to earn the trust of skeptical lawyers and senior legal stakeholders.
• Comfort with change‑management, pilot execution and translating legal workflows into technology solutions.
• Motivation to improve legal practice rather than accept the status quo.
