Legal Intern – Dubai, UAE

About the role

Join Siemens' Middle East Legal Team as a Legal Intern in Dubai. You will work alongside experienced lawyers, gaining hands‑on experience in commercial, corporate and technology law within a global corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Legal Team in reviewing, drafting and organizing commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on UAE laws and regulations and prepare concise summaries for the team.
• Assist with corporate governance and regulatory matters across the Middle East region.
• Help prepare legal presentations, reports and internal guidance materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and legal colleagues to address real‑world legal issues.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent law degree at a university in the UAE.
• Strong interest in commercial, corporate or technology law.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, well‑organized and comfortable working in a diverse, international team.
