Legal Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Legal Department in Dubai as a Legal Intern and support a dynamic team handling contracts, compliance, and corporate housekeeping across the Middle East. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to legal research, document management, and process improvement in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on regional laws, regulations and recent developments.
• Assist Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing and administering contracts, NDAs, amendments and corporate documents.
• Maintain contract trackers, legal reports, Excel files, presentations and internal records.
• Support corporate housekeeping tasks such as powers of attorney, written resolutions, notarisation and document follow‑ups.
• Coordinate document collection, circulation and archiving, ensuring files are organized and up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, authorised signatories, external counsel, notaries and service providers on ongoing matters.
• Review external counsel invoices and aid the approval and payment process.
• Contribute to compliance, data‑privacy, competition‑law initiatives and prepare internal guidance and training materials.
• Help digitalise Legal Department processes, templates and legal‑tech tools.
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (required); Master’s or postgraduate legal qualification is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in a UAE law firm or in‑house legal department preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong research, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
