About the role
DGM Investment is seeking a proactive Legal Officer / Lawyer to oversee legal documentation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution within its dynamic real estate and commercial portfolio in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Review, organize, and securely maintain all legal records, ensuring timely renewal and compliance.
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize tenancy agreements, commercial leases, service contracts, MOUs, NDAs and partnership agreements.
- Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and recommend protective measures.
- Provide legal opinions, support contractual disputes and coordinate with internal departments.
- Interact with clients, respond to legal inquiries, prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Stay updated on UAE real‑estate, labour, commercial and civil law and ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, MOHRE and relevant free‑zone authorities.
- Prepare legal reports, compliance summaries and assist with licensing, renewals and liquidation procedures.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, especially real‑estate and commercial regulations.
- Experience handling tenancy disputes, legal recovery matters and regulatory coordination.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple legal files simultaneously.
