360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

LK Talent Collective is looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will combine business development with candidate delivery, building strong client relationships while sourcing and placing top talent across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking and market mapping.
• Take detailed job briefs and provide consultative hiring advice to clients.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates and prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms, fees and salaries with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure high service delivery and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Record activity accurately in CRM/ATS systems and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience in a 360 capacity.
• Strong business development and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
• Commercially aware, results‑driven and target‑oriented.
• Effective negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work under pressure.
