About the role
We are looking for a full-time on-site Legal Secretary to join our Dubai office. The role supports our legal team by preparing documents, managing correspondence and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Handle clerical tasks, correspondence and filing.
- Support daily administrative operations for legal professionals.
- Assist in meeting coordination and maintain proper records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures.
- Experience in legal document preparation.
- Strong clerical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
