Legal Support – Real Estate & Finance Law (Part-Time)

About the role

OneAsset is building an on‑chain ownership layer for global real‑estate investment. As the company scales toward VARA regulation, it needs a part‑time legal support professional to manage and review real‑estate and financing documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents for sales, leases, mortgages and related transactions.
• Support legal due‑diligence for property acquisitions and financing deals.
• Research UAE laws and regulations, focusing on real‑estate, banking and finance.
• Liaise with Dubai Land Department, financial institutions and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain organized legal files, transaction records and monitor key deadlines.
• Prepare summaries, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external counsel and consultants as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related discipline; Paralegal certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of legal support experience in the UAE, preferably in real‑estate or finance law.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate law, escrow, tenancy and DIFC regulations.
• Familiarity with UAE banking, lending and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent legal research, drafting and high attention to detail.
