Licensed UAE Advocate – Property & Rental Litigation

About the role

We are seeking a qualified UAE National Advocate to join our international legal consultancy in Dubai. The successful candidate will represent clients in property, rental and commercial disputes, handling cases before UAE courts and tribunals, including the Rental Dispute Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil, property and rental litigation before UAE courts and tribunals.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to international and non‑resident clients.
• Liaise with court officials and the Rental Dispute Centre to ensure timely case progression.
• Maintain accurate case files and manage a varied caseload.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory by law.
• Valid UAE Advocate Card issued by the Ministry of Justice.
• Licensed to appear before UAE courts, tribunals and the Rental Dispute Centre.
• Proven experience in property, rental and civil litigation.
• Strong command of Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
• Ambitious, professional and client‑focused mindset.
