Life Support Medical Trauma Instructor

About the role

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Life Support / Medical Trauma Instructor to join its training team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality classroom and simulation‑based education to healthcare professionals, assessing their clinical competencies, and ensuring adherence to resuscitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation training, case discussions, mega‑code scenarios, and competency assessments.
• Evaluate participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision‑making, teamwork, communication, and compliance with resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medicine, paramedicine, EMS, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Current instructor certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield).
• Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Demonstrated competence in simulation‑based training and skills assessment.
