Life Support / Medical Trauma Instructor

About the role

Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Life Support, Medical and Trauma Instructor to join its training team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high‑quality classroom and simulation‑based education to healthcare professionals, ensuring they achieve competence in resuscitation and emergency care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation drills, case discussions, mega‑code scenarios and competency assessments.
• Evaluate participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision‑making, teamwork, communication and adherence to resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare practice, clinical settings or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, EMS or a related health discipline.
• Current instructor certification from AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield or an equivalent resuscitation organization.
• Strong teaching, presentation and communication abilities.
