Lifestyle Concierge

About the role

Aspire Lifestyles MEA FZCO, based in Dubai, is looking for a Lifestyle Concierge to deliver bespoke concierge services for affluent and high-net-worth clients. The role covers a wide range of lifestyle needs through telephone, email, chat and emerging digital platforms, and calls for autonomy, resourcefulness and a proactive approach to building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle high-profile client and demonstration requests across multiple communication channels, keeping correspondence professional and prompt.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer service issues and vendor communications, resolving them in line with company standards.
• Deliver personalised, accurate and timely information and anticipate client needs with innovative recommendations.
• Maintain detailed customer profiles and build strong client rapport.
• Take full ownership of complex and escalated requests from start to finish.
• Foster partnerships with suppliers and vendors to secure exclusive benefits for clients.
• Execute service across voice, email, chat, messaging and digital tools, and decline out-of-scope requests politely.
• Engage in training and use enterprise software for data management and customer service.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, premium travel, luxury retail, guest relations, customer experience, airline, hotel or lifestyle management; experience with affluent or high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of call centre or customer service experience.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, with French preferred and other languages an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google applications.
• Knowledge of global lifestyle services, luxury travel, premium hospitality, fine dining, entertainment, sports, shopping and wellness.
• For Concierge Travel Specialists: deep knowledge of premium travel planning and GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre.
• For Auto, Wellness and Airport Services: prompt emergency management and attention to detail.
