About the role
The Lifestyle Manager will be the face of Kimpton Sevn Dubai, creating authentic, personalised experiences for every guest. Working across the pre‑opening hotel, you will build lasting connections, anticipate needs, and bring the brand’s personality to life.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture authentic relationships with guests throughout their stay.
- Design and deliver personalised experiences based on individual preferences.
- Anticipate guest needs before they are expressed and act as their advocate.
- Champion guest recognition, ensuring each guest feels seen and valued.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to embed the Kimpton lifestyle brand in all interactions.
Required profile
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to think creatively and curate memorable moments.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
