Lifting Supervisor

About the role
Innovo Group is looking for a Lifting Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to manage and ensure the safe execution of all lifting operations across infrastructure and marine sites, in line with legal and company HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and approve lifting plans based on load capacity, safety protocols and site constraints.
- Supervise crane operators and rigging teams to ensure proper execution.
- Carry out daily equipment inspections and document findings.
- Coordinate lifting activities with site teams and third-party vendors.
- Respond to lifting incidents and implement improvements.
- Maintain logs of certifications, risk assessments and lifting permits.
Required profile
- Diploma in Engineering or a recognised lifting certification.
- 5+ years of experience supervising lifting activities on construction or marine projects.
Required skills
- Knowledge of lifting regulations and inspection standards (UAE and international).
