Lifting Trainer Assessor (ADNOC Approved)

About the role

The Lifting Trainer Assessor will join Talent Training Institute LLC in Abu Dhabi to deliver ADNOC‑approved lifting operations training. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on preparing participants to safely plan, execute and assess lifting tasks in line with ADNOC, LEEA and international HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess theory and practical sessions on lifting equipment, accessories and rigging practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, equipment inspections and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Prepare training materials, maintain accurate records and issue competency certificates.
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback and recommend improvements to course content.
• Coordinate with training coordinators, client representatives and quality assurance teams to meet accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of lifting equipment, accessories and rigging practices.
• Practical experience in lifting or heavy‑industry operations.
• Familiarity with ADNOC, LEEA and other relevant safety standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
