Light Duty Driver

About the role

The Light Duty Driver is responsible for operating light‑duty vehicles to transport processed items and linens across the UAE. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining vehicle hygiene and accurate trip records.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and comply with UAE traffic regulations and report any health and safety hazards.
• Assist in conducting drive tests on new vehicles.
• Ensure loads are correctly secured and balanced to prevent accidents.
• Identify alternate routes to improve efficiency, reduce travel time, and lower fuel consumption.
• Maintain accurate daily trip sheets and provide data to the Operations Assistant.
• Pick up and return processed items/linens to customers according to schedule and ad‑hoc requests.
• Keep the vehicle clean and free of dirt to maintain a well‑maintained fleet.
• Interact with internal and external customers in a polite and professional manner.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• Valid UAE Light Duty vehicle licence.
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience on UAE roads.
