Lobby Ambassador

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Lobby Ambassador in Abu Dhabi. The role is the signature presence in the lobby, setting the tone, guiding the flow and creating moments of genuine connection. Its purpose is to elevate the arrival experience, enrich guest interactions and make the lobby feel warm, intuitive and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, offer immediate assistance and guide them through the lobby so they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Direct guests to the right service points, give clear information and help them understand facilities, amenities and hotel offerings.
• Share recommendations on hotel services, dining, wellness facilities and local attractions.
• Promote signature experiences, special events and unique amenities in a natural, conversational way.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and offer thoughtful, personalised gestures.
• Keep the lobby welcoming, organised and calm by monitoring guest flow, supporting queue management and keeping the environment polished.
• Work closely with Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping and Front Office to deliver seamless service and resolve guest needs quickly.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency and professionalism.
