Lobby Ambassador

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Lobby Ambassador in Abu Dhabi. The role is the signature presence in the lobby, responsible for elevating the arrival experience, enriching guest interactions and making the lobby feel warm, intuitive and welcoming. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, offer immediate assistance and guide them through the lobby so they feel acknowledged from arrival.
• Support guest orientation by directing guests to the right service points and explaining facilities, amenities and hotel offerings.
• Share recommendations on hotel services, dining, wellness facilities and local attractions.
• Promote signature experiences, special events and unique amenities in a natural, conversational way.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with thoughtful gestures.
• Keep the lobby welcoming, organised and calm by monitoring guest flow, helping with queues and keeping the environment polished.
• Work closely with Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure seamless service and quick resolution of guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency and professionalism.
