About the role
The Lobby Host/Hostess at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort welcomes guests in a traditional, warm manner and ensures a memorable first impression. This position supports guest activities, coordinates transportation, and upholds the resort’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and bid farewell to guests, following operating procedures.
- Assist guests with activity enquiries, transportation coordination, and special requests.
- Maintain service levels in the reception area and ensure guest feedback is acted upon.
- Handle guest errands, stock welcome beverages, and manage departure expressions.
- Communicate complaints and compliments to management promptly.
- Participate in upselling spa, F&B outlets, and excursions.
