Local IT Administrator (UAE National)

About the role
The Local IT Administrator provides technical support to local users, works with the Service Desk, and assists the Operations Department with local projects and supplier interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Redirect or escalate support requests to the Service Desk and provide on‑site technical assistance for hardware, software and peripherals.
- Deploy PCs and peripherals, communicate changes or outages to users, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Maintain and expand technical knowledge through training and participation in technical events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
- At least 2 years of desktop support experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
