Logistics Coordinator – Emiratisation (UAE National)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations for Sigma Enterprises in Abu Dhabi. This Emiratisation position is dedicated to UAE nationals and focuses on material receipt, inventory control, documentation, and delivery coordination while upholding HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials against purchase orders, certificates of conformity and test certificates.
• Tag, store and preserve materials ensuring traceability and safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes, delivery notes and advance ship notices in the ERP system and ADNOC SAP portal.
• Prepare delivery plans, schedule appointments with customers and coordinate vehicle dispatch.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams (sales, customer service, logistics) and external partners (clients, suppliers, freight forwarders).
• Adhere to company policies, reporting requirements and HSE guidelines.
• Support supervisors and team members as needed.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emirati) with a strong commitment to Emiratisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and HSE standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP system usage.
• Experience with SAP (ADNOC SAP portal).
• Inventory management and documentation control.
