Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to own post‑procurement execution from contract signing through final delivery. The role is critical for ensuring timely production, inspection, and shipment of goods across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end shipment execution from contract to delivery.
• Coordinate production, quality checks, and pre‑loading inspections.
• Arrange shipments directly or via freight forwarders and negotiate Freight Working Agreements and rates.
• Manage supplier payments in line with agreed terms.
• Handle all shipping and export documentation, track shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain operation trackers, analyse P&L per shipment and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with destination teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management at senior level.
• Proven leadership in managing supplier relationships and production timelines.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L tracking and cost analysis.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and stakeholder management abilities.
