About the role

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is a dynamic player in the import and export sector in the United Arab Emirates. The company streamlines logistics and supply chain operations to ensure seamless product movement across borders, and is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to schedule shipments and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all logistics activities and transactions.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Preferred: knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
