Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the preparation and flow of import and export documentation, coordinate shipments with warehouse staff and forwarders, and ensure all transaction records are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare transfer, import and export documents for all sales orders, including invoices, delivery advice, ownership transfer, commodity classification and special instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel on shipment availability and arrange pick‑up of goods.
• Distribute documents via email to customers and forwarders, and manage pick‑up documentation (delivery notes, forwarder stamps, bill of entry).
• Maintain and update transaction files for all invoices.
• Process e‑clearance for incoming local shipments and export documents through Mirsal 2.
• Scan, prepare GRNs and file incoming shipment documents after system booking.
• Prepare local purchase orders as instructed, email them to forwarders and coordinate collections.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics management.
• Team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and track processes across the supply chain.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
