Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing logistics and trade solutions provider in the UAE, delivering end‑to‑end cross‑border supply chain services for regional and international clients. As a Logistics Coordinator you will ensure shipments move smoothly from order placement to final delivery, meeting client timelines and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full shipment lifecycle, aligning with client schedules and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to secure optimal routing and cost.
• Prepare and validate shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms.
• Track shipments in real time, resolve delays or discrepancies, and provide accurate status updates to clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts or excess in transit.
• Generate logistics performance reports and suggest process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and relevant trade regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
