About the role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials across the company’s supply chain. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures that shipments arrive on time and inventory levels remain optimal. The coordinator also supports continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.
• Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, production, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor delivery schedules to guarantee timely arrivals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory optimization.
• Track shipment status using logistics software.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics.
• Resolve any issues that arise during transportation or storage.
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
