About the role
Future Workplace is looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries, transportation schedules, and the coordination of furniture and flooring materials for ongoing projects in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and transportation schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and installation teams.
- Monitor order dispatches and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
- Maintain delivery records, inventory documentation, and logistics reports.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery‑related issues.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of logistics coordination experience in the UAE.
- Experience in furniture, flooring, or construction‑related logistics is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE routes and delivery procedures.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics documentation.
