Logistics & Delivery Coordinator (Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics & Delivery Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English to oversee daily delivery operations across the GCC. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, booking couriers, tracking deliveries, and keeping our fulfillment centre stocked, without any heavy physical warehouse work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and shipments across GCC countries using Warehouse Management Systems and last‑mile delivery platforms.
• Book, track and ensure timely, accurate deliveries with courier partners.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as labels, invoices and delivery records.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics data in internal systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger restocking of the fulfillment centre.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to align order processing and dispatch planning.
• Support general logistics reporting and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Based in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to learn and navigate Warehouse Management Systems and various courier platforms.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
