Logistics & Delivery Coordinator (Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics & Delivery Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day delivery operations across the GCC. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, booking couriers, tracking deliveries and ensuring our fulfillment centre remains stocked to support smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and shipments across GCC countries using Warehouse Management Systems and last‑mile delivery platforms.
• Book, track and monitor shipments to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Liaise with courier partners and logistics providers to resolve issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics documentation and data entry in internal systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as labels, invoices and delivery records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of the fulfillment centre.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch planning.
• Support general logistics coordination and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Based in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and last‑mile delivery platforms.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset to resolve logistics issues efficiently.
