About the role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to drive innovation and execution within our busy last‑mile network, ensuring high service standards and seamless partner collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑ground support to Operations and Program teams, handling complex investigations and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor operational call‑outs, minimise business risk, and uphold Amazon’s quality standards.
- Support the Program team by gathering insights, enhancing program lifecycle, and ensuring a best‑in‑class partner experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and perform frequent squatting, bending and reaching.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including overtime, weekends, nights and holidays.
