Logistics Manager for High‑Rise Construction Project

About the role
CSCEC Middle East is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations for a newly awarded large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will ensure efficient movement of labour, materials and equipment while maintaining site safety and security.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and set up site logistics, including accommodation, security and separate routes for vehicles, machinery and personnel.
- Manage traffic and vehicle control, road cleanliness, weighbridges and site facilities.
- Coordinate material delivery schedules, storage, and integration with the project programme.
- Organise logistics meetings, maintain induction records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee subcontractor logistics, evaluate suppliers and monitor key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of logistics or project management experience, preferably on high‑rise construction projects.
- Proven ability to organise resources and staff to meet tight deadlines, including extended hours.
