Logistics Network Planning Manager

About the role

JD.com is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Logistics Network Planning Manager to design, optimize, and scale its end‑to‑end logistics network across the Middle East. In this leadership position you will own the macroscopic architecture of the supply chain, translating high‑level business goals into innovative network models that reduce costs and accelerate delivery speeds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of regional network infrastructure, including warehouse modeling, sorting hub placement, transit scheduling, and last‑mile node operations.
• Develop next‑generation network models and fulfillment strategies to support rapid business expansion and evolving e‑commerce trends.
• Audit the end‑to‑end fulfillment process, identify transit delays and cost leakage, and execute high‑impact optimization plans.
• Establish regional execution rules, management standards, and governance policies to ensure cross‑departmental alignment during network rollouts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in Middle East logistics network planning or process planning, preferably within top‑tier e‑commerce or large 3PL companies.
• Proven track record of ownership of network design projects and measurable cost‑efficiency improvements.
