Logistics Officer

About the role

Master Infiniti Corporate Services L.L.C is hiring a Logistics Officer in Dubai. The role covers coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, import and export documentation, warehouse and inventory coordination, supplier and vendor management, and reporting. The salary is AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, arrange transportation, track shipments and update delivery status regularly
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes and Bills of Lading, and coordinate with customs clearance agents
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and keep accurate records of shipment documentation
• Work with warehouse teams on receiving, storage and dispatch, monitor stock movement and follow up on pending deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers about order readiness and delivery schedules, obtain and compare freight quotations and negotiate logistics rates
• Plan and schedule local deliveries, coordinate with drivers and transport companies, and ensure proof of delivery (POD)
• Maintain shipment tracking reports and prepare daily and weekly logistics status reports for management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and customs documentation
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers and transport companies
• Good command of written and spoken English

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Negotiation, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines
