Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain improvement initiatives across the Middle East, focusing on reducing lead times, improving service levels and optimising replenishment models. The role also covers systems and technology, warehouse and logistics management, performance reporting, financial compliance and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement projects, including automation, system enhancement and process improvements, and drive regional supply chain planning transformation
• Support new market entries, store openings, relocations and outlet launches, and act as the main escalation point for supply chain, logistics and warehouse issues
• Develop and run a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with commercial, retail, finance and supply chain stakeholders
• Lead regional ERP implementation and integration projects, including system testing, process validation and data integrity
• Oversee regional warehouses and logistics partners, monitor inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy and delivery performance, and manage courier, freight and logistics provider contracts and SLAs
• Coordinate aged stock movements, re-export activities, inventory optimisation and bi-annual stocktakes for global and regional 3PLs
• Maintain operational dashboards, reports and KPIs, document supply chain processes and quality standards, and partner with Finance on logistics costs, freight spending, duty and VAT reporting and budget control
• Lead product, customs, packaging and labelling compliance initiatives and coach and develop the regional supply chain team

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or retail operations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and key stakeholders
• Experience managing logistics providers, contracts and supplier performance

Required skills

• Advanced ERP, systems integration and data analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, customs, VAT and compliance
• Project management and continuous improvement capability
