Logistics & Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Quality Coordinator works hands‑on in a warehouse environment supporting the UAE operation. The role ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are accurately received, inspected, stored and dispatched while meeting quality standards and documentation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Physically receive inbound containers and local deliveries, verify quantities and condition against packing lists, invoices and purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery and collection schedules with freight forwarders, couriers and 3PL drivers, preparing outbound shipments with correct documentation.
• Inspect incoming, outgoing and returned goods for defects, place non‑conforming stock on hold, record findings and liaise with the QC team.
• Maintain inventory levels of kitting and packing materials, raise replenishment requests, conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory counts.
• Keep storage areas organised, labelled and safe, applying FIFO/FEFO principles and operating warehouse equipment safely.
• Handle returns and scrap, determine disposition, update GRN in the system and coordinate scrap approvals with MENA teams.
• Support new product launches by ensuring required materials are ready and updating Bill of Materials.

Required profile

• Minimum high school certificate or diploma.
• 1–5 years of hands‑on warehouse experience, preferably in receiving or quality inspection.
• Ability to read shipping documents and strong attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks and work under pressure.
