Logistics Supervisor – Amazon UAE

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor supports daily operational management at an Amazon delivery station in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will step in as needed, ensure safety standards, and drive performance across logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deputise for the Operations Manager, handling operational duties and decision‑making when required.
• Prioritise and continuously improve safety at the delivery station.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
• Monitor and coach coordinator and associate performance, partnering with supporting departments to enhance processes.
• Interview and onboard candidates for associate roles, and manage driver/associate workload briefings.
• Track, trend and report site performance metrics, assisting the Operations Manager with regular reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a logistics or operations environment.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics and process improvement.
• Background in logistics and data analysis is preferred.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime and adapt to changing operational needs.
